I am a huge fan of this group who over the years just get better and better. Three highly talented, innovative musicians Sarah Watkins, Justine Cormack and Ashley Brown are not afraid of a challenge and so eloquently performed music by Jack Body, Arvo Pärt, Ravel, Phil Dadson and Gareth Farr/Richard Nunns. At this concert the Trio performed the world premier of Farr/Nunns composition ‘Nga Kete e Toru’ with Richard Nunns on taonga puoro – magnificent. NZTrio – you surely can’t get better than this. Bravo!
